Job Description:
As a Skilled Furniture Installer, you will be responsible for the professional delivery, assembly, and installation of custom-made furniture. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a high level of craftsmanship to ensure our pieces are securely and beautifully installed. You’ll work closely with both clients and our team to ensure each installation meets our company’s high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport and deliver furniture safely to clients’ homes.
- Assemble and install furniture accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure all installations are completed to a high standard.
- Communicate professionally with clients, answering any questions they may have during installation.
- Collaborate with the design and manufacturing team to understand each project’s specifications.
- Perform quality checks to ensure installations are secure and meet company standards.
- Manage tools and materials effectively, maintaining a tidy workspace.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in furniture installation
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to read and interpret design plans and drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve on-site issues independently.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Overtime may be required to meet deadlines and business standards.
