We are currently seeking dedicated Support Workers for a rewarding temp-to-perm opportunity within a supportive and friendly team. This is a fantastic chance to build a meaningful career in care, with the potential for a permanent position based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality care and support to individuals with a range of needs (e.g., learning disabilities, mental health challenges, physical disabilities)
- Assisting with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication
- Promoting independence, dignity, and well-being
- Maintaining accurate records and working in line with care plans
- Engaging in meaningful activities with service users both in and outside the home
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 6 months of previous care/support experience within the UK
- A genuine passion for helping others
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability, empathy, and a positive attitude
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed
- Full UK Drivers License
