We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Full-Time Server in our busy ice cream store. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment. This role involves serving customers, preparing products, handling cash/records, and supporting catering services.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve ice cream products, beverages, and specialty items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving and preparation areas
- Assist with catering orders, events, and deliveries as needed
- Handle transactions, including cash, credit, and record keeping
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies when necessary
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and store policies at all times
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service, retail, or catering preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with record keeping and handling money
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to [X lbs]
