We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing guest inquiries.
- Support bartending duties, including mixing drinks and maintaining the bar area.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, including dining spaces and kitchens.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and best practices to ensure the health and safety of guests.
Experience
- Previous experience in a hospitality role is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
- Experience in bartending or catering services would be beneficial.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to help others and provide outstanding service.
