Job Summary and Mission:
To create the Heavenly Desserts experience for our guests by providing courteous, prompt service, quality beverages and desserts, and maintaining a clean and comfortable restaurant environment.
Shift Pattern:
9am-11pm
Weekends are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and opening the restaurant for our guests.
- To uphold the Heavenly Desserts service experience for all our guests.
- Maintain a clean kitchen, upholding all company policies and cleaning practices.
- Upholding compliance requirements about Food Safety, Health & Safety, Personal Hygiene, etc.
- A minimum of one-two years of catering/food handling experience is desired but full training will be provided to the right candidate.
- Mixing and pouring beverages.
- Clearing glassware, silverware, and crockery from each table, once guests have completed their meals, or upon request.
- Perform additional duties to facilitate the restaurant's operations, as needed.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication and memorization skills.
- Excellent guest service skills, with a great eye for detail.
- Great interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Ability to remain composed, particularly during stressful or uncomfortable circumstances.
- Must be able to work between the hours of 11am and 17:00pm and have access to reliable transportation to get to and from Glasgow Fort G34 9DL.
Experience:
- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
