Age UK is recruiting for a Fulfilment Administrator at their Warrington site.

In this role you will the support the Information and Advice line by being point of contact for sending out I&A guides to the public. Liaising with other departments within the charity, you will assist campaigns with printing, collating and distributing the printing requests.

As a Fulfilment Administrator, you will provide a high standard of pick and pack services to agreed procedures, and ensure that all data processing, paperwork and record keeping is carried out to the highest standard.

Undertaking daily electronic data processing and mail merge procedures using MS applications, along with the completion of assorted administrative tasks, including filing, stationery tracking and ACIL audit entry.

This post holder will also be responsible for warehouse activities, building security, health and safety and fire safety.

This role is based at our Warrington site, working 35 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8:00am to 4:00pm.

  • Ability to learn use of in-house systems (Navision). A
  • Experience of working in post room or pick & pack (warehouse environment ) A, I

Skills and knowledge

  • Confident IT Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook). A, I
  • Knowledge of GDPR A, I
