What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting and seating guests with a warm, friendly welcome
- Managing reservations and walk-ins
- Handling customer enquiries in person and by phone
- Supporting day-to-day front-of-house operations
- Coordinating with kitchen or event teams to ensure smooth service
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the front area
- Creating a great first impression every time
What We’re Looking For
- Immediate availability
- Excellent communication and people skills
- A friendly, professional, and positive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience (preferred but not essential)
- Flexible with hours, including evenings and weekends
