We’re looking for warm, enthusiastic and reliable Servers to join our team as we level up the guest experience with full table service in our vibrant gastro pub.
This isn’t just about taking orders—it’s about creating connections with guests, being attentive without being intrusive, and taking pride in delivering a service that guests remember for the right reasons.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome guests with genuine warmth and confidence
- Take food and drink orders, offering recommendations and upselling where appropriate
- Be proactive—checking for special occasions, allergens, or any guest needs
- Deliver food and drinks with care and attention to detail
- Maintain clean, well-presented tables and a positive atmosphere in your section
- Ensure every guest leaves happy and well looked-after
What We’re Looking For:
- A friendly, approachable personality with strong communication skills
- A natural team player who can also take ownership of their section
- Experience in hospitality is a plus, but a great attitude is even more important
- Calm under pressure, quick on your feet, and ready to learn
- Someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys helping people
