We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests while managing and helping lead our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a solid background in food preparation and service.
Responsibilities
- Manage all front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained.
- Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team, fostering a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication between front and back of house.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing payroll processes.
- Monitor inventory levels for bar and dining supplies, placing orders as necessary.
- Implement promotional strategies to enhance customer engagement and increase sales.
Experience
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong background in food production or culinary arts is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability in team management with excellent leadership skills.
- Experience in bartending or knowledge of beverage service is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
