YOUR NEW ROLE
We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, talented Front of House Specialist to join our team.
We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who is just as passionate about our patient-focused approach as we are, and who can really align themselves with our company values of Empathy, Integrity, Innovation & Timelessness.
This position will be Full-Time with working hours between Monday - Saturday, and you’ll be based across our Mayfair & Hampstead clinics.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Open and close the Clinic
- Ensure the smooth running of the overall day-to-day operations of the clinic
- Be responsible for operating the Point-Of-Sale and booking system including end-of-day reconciliation
- Ensure patients feel welcomed by providing an informative and engaging experience during every visit
- Manage the appointment book and keep patients informed of any changes in a timely manner
- Deal with incoming and outgoing enquiries, both via phone and email.
- General stock management
- Drive sales through excellent patient consultation and sharing of product knowledge to achieve your personal objectives and the retail targets
- General upkeep and housekeeping of the clinic
