Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service in a vibrant, creative environment? TONI&GUY York is looking for a confident and professional Front of House Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet all clients with a warm, friendly welcome
- Ensure bookings are made accurately and efficiently
- Answer phone calls and handle enquiries with professionalism
- Provide an exceptional client experience at every stage
- Support the salon team as needed, contributing to the smooth daily running
- Stay calm under pressure and juggle multiple tasks with ease
- Communicate clearly and effectively with both clients and colleagues
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is essential
- Salon or reception experience is desirable, but not required
- Confident multitasker with excellent communication and organisational skills
- A strong team player who’s always happy to lend a hand
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment
Full training on our salon systems will be provided.
Hours:
- Wednesday: 2:00pm – 7:30pm
- Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
- Saturday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
