Position SummaryThe FOH & Bar Supervisor would ensure that we deliver this cutting-edge experience at the optimal level to all guests. On a daily basis, the FOH & Bar Supervisor will work as with the FOH team to ensure that our overall customer service is executed at the highest level.
Scope & Responsibilities Working within the FOH department you will be responsible for performing a variety of roles, whilst ensuring that service is smooth, efficient and memorable. Responsibilities include; opening and closing the FOH areas, box office administration, guest services (email enquiries,) checking tickets, supporting in-show operations and designing and selling merchandise & photos. This role requires a passion for delivering great customer service, with a can-do attitude.
Background & ExperienceYou will be a highly self-motivated individual, with a wide variety of experience working in customer services. Previous experience in immersive experiences, theatre, events or visitor attractions is preferable.
Desired AttributesMinimum one years’ experience in customer services and/or hospitality and bar work at Supervisor levelA desire to create memorable experiences for guests.Excellent presentation skills.Ability to remain calm under pressure.Confident both working as part of a team and independently. Flexible (evening and weekend work will be required).Conversational English.Experience delivering training to staffPassionate about the hospitality industry
