We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key representative of our establishment, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and exceptional service. Your role will be pivotal in creating a positive dining experience, contributing to the overall atmosphere and reputation of our venue.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimise guest flow.
- Provide menus, take orders, and assist with any inquiries regarding food and beverages.
- Ensure that tables are set up correctly and maintained throughout service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handle payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Uphold cleanliness and organisation in the front of house area at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
- A passion for providing outstanding customer service is essential.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required by the business needs.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.50-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
