We're on the hunt for a friendly, experienced part-time server to join our bustling team. If you love fast paced environments, enjoy providing excellent customer service, and thrive in a lively setting, this is the perfect role for you.
You'll play a key part in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests, especially during our busiest times.
Flexibility for extra shifts is a plus but on a weekly basis expect 1-2 shifts per week on weekends.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and take orders, following our company guest journey
- Deliver excellent service under pressure while maintaining a fun, friendly demeanor
- Assist with maintaining a clean, organized workspace and restaurant
- Understand both the food and drink menu to a high standard to ensure you can provide details to guests
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to keep things moving smoothly
- Jump in to help the team wherever needed, especially during peak times
Requirements
- Must have some prior hospitality experience
- An outgoing, positive personality, comfortable in a lively, customer facing role
- Available for 8-12 hours per week on weekends
Pay is National Minimum Wage with additional pay from service charge averaging £3-3.50 per hour worked
