Free Skills Bootcamp – Teaching Assistant
Looking to start a meaningful career in education? Our fully funded Skills Bootcamp – Teaching Assistant is a practical and inspiring route into the classroom. Over eight weeks (two days per week), you’ll build the confidence, knowledge, and practical skills needed to begin supporting children in local schools.
We’ve partnered with schools across Warrington to support your transition into employment. While we can’t guarantee a job, we’ll make every effort to secure interviews for you, and if successful, we’ll help you progress straight onto a funded Level 3 Teaching Assistant apprenticeship with us.
This programme is ideal for adults aged 19+ who want to work in primary, secondary, or SEN schools. Whether you're seeking a career change, returning to work, or simply looking for a rewarding role supporting children – this Bootcamp is designed to give you a strong start.
