FP/AV Electrical Team Leader (Days)

Role description
We have a vacancy arising for the role of FP/AV Electrical Team Leader on day shift. The role comprises of carrying out repair and maintenance on cold end and added value equipment and contribute to efficient job changes.
Responsibilities:
- Take part in job changes, setting up and adjusting departmental equipment as necessary in order to maintain efficient operations during and after job change.
- Identify, rectify and modify departmental faults to reduce downtime.
- Communicate effectively with employees to maintain an effective well-informed team.
- Carry out housekeeping as required in accordance with company hygiene rules.
- Comply with health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Carry out and lead morning meeting to ensure the engineers know what is expected of them from day to day/job change to job change
- Liaise with the department manager daily
Required skills / qualifications:
- Experience working with and diagnosing faults with engineering equipment:
- Analytical Skills
- Ability to communicate
- Written, Verbally and elctronic
- Apprenticeship or relevant qualifications in engineering
- Understanding of electrical/engineering drawings
- Job Change planning and continuous job change improvements preferred

- Salary minimum £39,986 - £48,106 maximum per annum

- Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week
