The ideal candidate will have all essential qualifications and experience of working in a professional football Academy throughout the age groups.
You will also need to have a flexible approach to work and be able to work evenings and weekends.
Role Expectations
As the Foundation Phase Lead Coach, you will be expected to:
- Support the Head of Academy Coaching and Assistant Head of Academy Coaching in the organisation and delivery of a vibrant, creative & progressive programme.
- Liaise across the multi-disciplinary departments to support the players within the phase and support the alignment across the Club.
- Oversee the day to day running of the U9-U12 age groups supporting players and staff. Manage on of these age groups within both match days and training; including Match Packs, Squad lists and players surveys.
