Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday 7am to 4pm, Friday 7am to 12pm.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Mill Forklift Truck Driver to join our team in Long Whatton. The primary purpose of Mill Forklift Truck Driver is to maintain the smooth running of the mill by the movement of timber products to and from our machining mills.
What you’ll be doing as Mill Forklift Truck Driver:
Always demonstrating safe working practices
Being responsible for the movement of timber with the mill department
Maintaining a high level of housekeeping and quality standards in your areas of work
Completing daily forklift checks as per instructions
Your Skills:
Forklift Truck Licence
Ability to identify and locate products quickly and accurately
Ability to learn and develop product knowledge
Ability to self-motivate, organise, and execute tasks
