Best Time is looking for experienced Forklift Driver or Flexi counterbalance to join a busy manufacturing facility in Winchester. This is a fantastic full-time opportunity for candidates with a solid background in the food industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out various production duties including packing, stirring, and hygiene tasks
- Forklift certificate
- Ensure smooth operation of production lines
- Follow all health & safety and food hygiene protocols
- Assist with other duties as required by the production team
Requirements:
- Essential: Previous experience in a food production or food manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail, hygiene, and safety
- Ability to multitask and learn new processes quickly
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Computer literate
Hours & Pay:
- Monday to Friday schedule
- Shift start times between 06:00-08:00
- Two breaks per shift: 15 minutes and 30 minutes unpaid
- £13.00 per hour
- On-site parking and supportive team environment
