Job Opening: Football Coach (U6 - U15 and Private Sessions)
Job Summary:
We are looking for passionate, dedicated, and experienced Football Coaches to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work with young players (U6-U15) in team settings and/or conduct private sessions, including one-on-one and group coaching. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality coaching sessions aligned with On The Ball's philosophy.
- Conduct regular player assessments and provide constructive feedback to players and parents.
- Organise and oversee team training sessions, league matches, and tournaments.
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and coaching staff regarding expectations, progress, and any concerns.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in football coaching with a strong grasp of the game’s fundamentals.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate players in both team and one-on-one settings.
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging with players, parents, and colleagues.
- Adaptability to tailor training programs to support optimal player development.
