Who Are NXT Level?

At NXT Level, our mission is to drive social mobility by creating access to exceptional opportunities in sports, the arts, and education. We inspire young people through high-quality coaching, building their confidence and developing their skills both on and off the pitch. By working in partnership with schools and community organisations, we provide positive experiences that strengthen communities, encourage participation, and open pathways for children and young people to reach their full potential.

Role Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, and flexible Football Coach to join the NXT Level Sport & Education Team. You will primarily coach children and young people in primary and secondary schools, supporting players with a wide range of abilities. We are looking for passionate football specialists who are excited to share their knowledge of the game, inspire the next generation, and develop players’ skills both technically and tactically.

While this role is based at Fidelis College, there will also be opportunities to work independently across a variety of local schools and community sites within our network, delivering high-quality football sessions on behalf of NXT Level Sport & Education.

At NXT Level, we believe that no child or vulnerable person should ever be exposed to abuse or harm of any kind. We are committed to safeguarding children and young people across all our programmes and take responsibility for ensuring every member of staff, particularly our Coaches, is trained, supported, and confident in recognising and responding to safeguarding concerns. We work in partnership with schools and organisations to ensure robust safeguarding procedures are always followed, creating a safe and supportive environment for all.
