The club is dedicated to empowering girls through football and has a mission to inspire, develop, and support young female players. Female Ballerz FC provides a nurturing environment where girls can refine their skills, build confidence, and cultivate teamwork.
Role Description
We are looking for a football coach for the 2025/26 season. They will be responsible for our u14 girls team who train twice a week and play on Sundays. They will be responsible for designing and implementing 2 training sessions a week for the u13s. They will also participate in the development of team strategies and game plans.
Responsibilities
- Bringing excitement and energy to every session
- Maintaining a professional demeanour in encounters with children, parents, and coaches
- Attending all sessions on time
- Ensuring safety checks are carried out thoroughly
- Assisting with the setup and packing of equipment
Requirements
- Working towards/already FA Level 1 Football Qualified
- First-Aid Qualification
- DBS Checked
- Based in South East London
- Fluent in English
- Passion for empowering girls through football
- Experience playing football at a competitive level is a plus
