Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to strict food safety guidelines.
- Utilise basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing inventory effectively.
- Demonstrate time management skills to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the dining experience and promote menu items.
- Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment, fostering a spirit of hospitality and teamwork.
- Assist with kitchen duties as required, including cleaning equipment and utensils.
Experience
- Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is preferred but not essential.
- Familiarity with food safety practices is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour are essential for interacting with guests.
- Basic culinary skills or knowledge of food preparation techniques will be beneficial.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment is crucial for success in this role.
