We're looking for a Food & Beverage Server to join our Food & Beverage team at Stoke Lodge Hotel!
The shifts available are 7.30am-12pm & 5.30pm-10pm. Approximately 12-16 hours a week.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take orders
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages
- Ensure accurate delivery of order
- Maintain a clean and orderly service area
- Provide recommendations to guests
- Provide an excellent guest experience
- Prepare station and restaurant/bar for service and clean down post-service
- Handle cash and card transactions using the POS system
- Adhere to health and safety standards
Skills / Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality is required; preferably in a hotel setting
- Knowledge of food safety practices and basic maths skills
- Attention to detail and thoroughness
- Strong guest service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively
We are a family-run hotel in Stoke Fleming with exciting plans to develop our product and guest experience. Leaving careers in five-star hotels in London, Myles and Alex moved to the area and acquired Stoke Lodge Hotel at the end of 2023.
