An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Food Beverage Host to join our team.
The York Pavilion is a three star hotel based in Fulford, just two miles from York’s historic City centre. This characterful hotel boasts a variety of individually styled bedrooms, suites, apartments, private dining rooms and restaurant, (please see www.yorkpavilionhotel.com for more details). Weddings are hosted most weeks, along with conferences, training events, christenings and all other celebrations.
The York Pavilion Hotel has been privately owned and operated since 1988. Each bedroom, function room and all the public areas have been sympathetically designed by the Proprietors, in keeping with the Georgian roots of the property. Once the home of famous composer John Barry, there is so much to love and learn about this unique and charming hotel.
The Food & Beverage Hosts play a vital part in our day to day operation. You will be working a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends. The role includes bar service, restaurant service, breakfast service as well as working on private functions and weddings taking place.
We boast a great team environment, meals on duty and paid breaks.
Due to the nature of the role, we are looking for applicants over 18 with previous bar experience.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £10.42-£12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
