Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily meal service operations for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner.
- Support functions and events as needed.
- Engage significantly with guests, prioritising outstanding customer service.
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team and other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Candidate Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.

- Proven ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues.
Important Considerations:
- This position requires working late nights, weekends, and during peak seasonal holidays due to the nature of our business.
