We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar & Restaurant Staff to join our vibrant team. Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth bar operations during busy periods.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of drink recipes and cocktail preparation is advantageous.
- Must be at least 18 years of age due to the nature of the role.
- A valid personal licence for serving alcohol is desirable but can be obtained upon hiring.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Pay: From £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
