What you’ll be doing!
Crowne Plaza Liverpool City Centre is looking for warm, welcoming and outgoing individuals to join the Food and Beverage team. Working in the Restaurant you will deliver exceptional service to each one of our guests whether it be first thing in the morning as they enjoy a leisurely breakfast or in the evening as they enjoy the a 'la carte menu overlooking the Liver Building. Delivering a unique service to accommodate small intimate conferences and large scale events will also ensure everyday is different. With a natural passion for hospitality you will ensure that all guests are served in a professional and friendly manner.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver an outstanding F&B experience to our guests
- Understand & deliver our drinks/food menu
- Be the first point of communication for our guests in Restaurant and Events
- Provide a polite & professional and efficient service to our guests at all times
- Ensure the restaurant is presentable at all times during busy service periods
- Comply with H&S regulations
- Work with a large team on a daily basis and support each other with development
- Flexible with working times from 5.30am and availability including weekends
Pay: £12.80 per hour
