The AA Inn of the Year 2021 are recruiting for experienced Food and Beverage Assistant to come and join the team.
Nestled in Sedgefield in the heart of County Durham, the Impeccable Pig boasts 12 stunning, luxury individually designed bedrooms. The Impeccable Pig delivers one of the best bar, restaurant and hotel experiences on the high street.
Food plays a significant part at the Impeccable Pig, with delicious bistro style food, using fresh locally sourced produce, our aim is to ensure that we delight every guest, every single time, so they come back time and time again.
As part of the restaurant team you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests receive the highest level of customer service. You will be responsible for greeting and seating customers, taking orders for food and drink, serving food and beverages, cleaning and resetting tables, answering phone calls and general duties such as stocking, etc.
We are looking for someone who is happy to work in a fast-paced environment, with recent bar and waiting experience, ideally within a luxury hotel or fine dining/bistro restaurant.
You will need excellent time management and communication skills, be able to demonstrate high standards of cleanliness and work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
But most importantly, you will have a passion for customer service, and enjoy providing a memorable service.
Both full time or part time hours will be considered, and may include morning, evening and weekend working.
