Responsibilities
- Assist customers with seating arrangements and provide menus
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently
- Ensure tables are clean and set up properly for the next guests
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to deliver exceptional service
- Uphold food safety standards at all times
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or catering setting is desirable
- Knowledge of bartending and food preparation is advantageous
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour are essential
