Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar & Floor Staff to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a high standard of service. You will play a crucial part in creating a memorable experience. Ideal candidates will possess a passion for hospitality and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and be keen to learn and develop in hospitality.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area.
- Provide support to management in wine sales.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during service.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality throughout all interactions.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations is advantageous.
- Experience in bartending or wine sales is not necessary, but a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well within a team.
- A friendly disposition with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
