Job Title: Flexo Printer – Double Days
Daventry, Northamptonshire
£34,900 per annum
Double Day Shifts:
- Early Shift: 06:00 – 13:45, Mon–Thurs / 06:00 – 11:30, Fri
- Late Shift: 13:30 – 21:15, Mon–Thurs / 11:15 – 17:00, Fri
(All shifts include a 30-minute lunch break)
We’re working with a leading player in the packaging and labelling industry who are looking for an experienced Flexo Printer to join their double day shift team in Daventry. This is a full-time, permanent role for someone confident on press and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Running and maintaining flexo printing machines to a high standard
- Setting up jobs and adjusting press settings to ensure consistent print quality
- Monitoring colour, registration, and repeat length throughout each run
- Working closely with production and maintenance teams to resolve issues and improve workflow
What they’re looking for:
- Strong experience with flexographic printing presses (labels or packaging preferred)
- Comfortable working rotating double day shifts
- Good communicator with a proactive approach
- Confident using in-house systems and basic IT tools
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience working in ISO or GMP environments
- Background in rotary or flatbed flexo and screen printing
- Strong troubleshooting skills
