Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and flexible Cleaning Supervisor to join our team and support our growing operations.
Role Overview:
- Minimum 16 hours per week to start, with the opportunity to increase up to full time
- Must be available 5 days a week, with flexibility to cover sickness and holidays
- You’ll be travelling across various sites, carrying out cleaning and stock checks and communicating directly with customers
- A company vehicle is provided for work use
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
- Ensure all areas are kept tidy and organised at all times.

- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with clients and team members.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence is essential
- Must be 25 or older (for insurance purposes)
- Comfortable with travelling between sites
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Previous cleaning or supervisory experience is an advantage
- Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns professionally.
