We are looking for a Flexi worker who is vibrant and caring to join our friendly and hard working care team. The role involves shift flexibility and weekend working 30 hours per week with rotas notified in advance.
The role of a Flexi Care Assistant involves creating an atmosphere that is warm and welcoming, ensuring that every resident enjoys life with us to the full.
Promoting the physical, social, intellectual and emotional wellbeing of our residents, you will assist in the promotion of their independence.
Duties will include providing assistance to residents with their personal care to include washing, dressing and assisting residents in all aspects of their daily lives as required.
Previous experience as a care assistant is an advantage but you will receive on the job support and training.
Ideal candidate will be able to communicate and interact well with people, be comfortable working as part of a team and can empathise and understand the needs of older people.
Upon commencement, Flexi Care Assistants must be willing to undertake training to achieve NVQ Level 2 or above qualification or equivalent.
