Fleet Performance Partner, Enterprise

CameraMatics
£45,000 - £55,000 a year
Darlington, England
Full time

We’re looking for a data-driven specialist who can translate telematics, camera, and operational data into actionable insights that drive measurable performance improvements for our enterprise customers. You’ll sit at the intersection of analytics, product configuration, and strategic advisership owning the numbers, not the renewals. Your mission: prove and improve the ROI of the CameraMatics platform across complex, high-volume fleets.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ON A DAY TO DAY:

Implementation Design & Platform Configuration:

· Support the enterprise sales team presales with technical set up and system architecture for customers.

· Gather granular fleet-operations requirements, safety/compliance objectives, and baseline KPIs directly from customer stakeholders.

· Build data-collection frameworks and implementation briefs that ensure the platform is configured for rapid insight generation (e.g., event-trigger thresholds, camera profiles, API integrations).

· Define success-metrics dashboards before hardware ever ships to customer site.

Insight & Performance Analytics:

· Monitor live platform data—utilisation, safety events, fuel waste, route adherence, driver behaviour—surfacing trends and outliers.

· Produce data-rich performance reviews (monthly, QBR, ad-hoc) that quantify cost savings, risk reduction, and efficiency gains.

· Develop predictive models and automated alerts that flag emerging issues before they escalate.

Strategic Advisory & Continuous Optimisation:

· Translate analytic findings into clear operational recommendations for transport managers, compliance leads, and C-suite sponsors.

· Partner with Product and Professional Services to prototype new dashboards, analytics modules, and BI connectors that extend customer value.

· Lead post-implementation optimisation cycles iterating camera settings, driver-coaching workflows, and policy thresholds based on empirical results.

· Ability to present findings back to c-level exec teams on data collection and findings.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

· 5+ years in fleet analytics, telematics, logistics optimisation, or a related B2B SaaS analytics role.

· Expertise turning data (SQL/BI tools, telematics feeds) into clear narratives and executive-ready visualisations.

· Previous experience within a large fleet operations department within an organisation driven by data and analytics would be an advantage.

· Proven ability to quantify ROI (cost per incident, MPG improvement, CO₂ reduction, safety-score uplift, etc.).

· Strong technical aptitude: comfortable configuring SaaS platforms, manipulating APIs, and building dashboards in tools like Power BI or Tableau.

· Confident communicator who can brief driver managers one hour and present to the board the next.

· Familiarity with fleet compliance standards (DVSA, DOT, GDPR for video data) is a plus.

· Thrives in a lean, fast-moving environment where autonomy and curiosity rule.

Success Metrics:

· Demonstrable cost-savings or risk-reduction within 3–6 months of go-live.

· Platform utilisation mapped to targeted KPIs and steadily improving over time.

· Insight quality: stakeholder feedback and NPS on analytics support.

· Reduction in reactive support tickets tied to better predictive analytics.

What You’ll Get:

· Direct impact on safety and efficiency outcomes for some of the most innovative fleets in the industry.

· Full access to product, data-science, and operations teams—your insights feed the roadmap.

· A collaborative, entrepreneurial culture focused on disrupting fleet safety at scale.

· Clear path for growth into senior analytics leadership or cross-functional strategy roles as the enterprise segment expands.

· Competitive salary dependant on experience

· Team Performance bonus

· Private healthcare

· Onsite gym

· Company pension

· Hybrid working (4 Office Days, 1 WFH)
