About the Role:
Annual salary: up to £38,000
Car Allowance £4,800
Fire Risk Assessor
North East, Yorkshire and Humber - Permanent, Full Time 40hrs.
The role holder will carry out FRA surveys and reviews either in the North East or Yorkshire and Humber depending on home address, ensuring that an effective and efficient service is delivered and maintained and that service levels are in line with the contractual KPI's. Building a strong working relationship with internal and external customers to ensure that all services are delivered in a professional, timely and cost-effective manner.
You'll be mainly responsible for compiling FRA information/reporting as required and submit in a timely manner to appropriate stakeholders, and play a key role to support any site audits, including but not limited to, FRA inspections and licencing.
The successful candidate will have experience of FRA compliance. You will hold a suitable FRA qualification, and Knowledge of Quality Management Systems is extremely desirable.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of writing, providing FRA reports, FRA reviews and guidance. Being highly computer literate and experienced in using Microsoft applications would also be a great advantage. To be considered for the role you will have:
Ideal Previous experience in Fire Risk Assessment reporting and compliance minimum level 3.
Ideal Fire Door Inspection minimum level 3
Experience in compartmentalisation surveys
Have a good standard of general education (or equivalent), including English and Maths
Excellent time management, planning & organisational skills.
A solid application of utilising MS systems
Competent Customer Service Skills
