Plas Dinas Country House and The Gunroom Restaurant is an AA 5 gold star property that was awarded Best Hotel in Wales 2025 by Visit Wales. Proudly part of the Michelin Guide since 2021 with AA 2 Rosettes this is the beautiful historic home of Lord Snowdon.
The Gunroom Restaurant offers exceptional food, an intimate dining experience and requires a more team members to now take the service level forward in partnership with our excellent team. We have a lovely, talented, dedicated team who have worked for the company for many years. The restaurant and our incredible chefs are working towards our first Michelin Star.

Shifts will start from 5pm and finish around 11:00pm.
We can be flexible in the amount of hours per week for the right candidates.
Who we are looking for?
- Someone with a can do attitude with a positive approach
- Welsh speaking (desirable but not essential)
- Someone who can be flexible with availability and some weekend working.
- Own transport and driving license is advised due to our location.
- Good timekeeping and desire to attain excellent standards of cleanliness
- Previous experience (essential)
