Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Assistant to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of the organisation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting and administration. Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with HMRC to ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
- Manage banking tasks, including handling transactions and performing reconciliations.
- Communicate with clients to address financial queries and provide regular updates.
- Support the maintenance and organization of financial records and documents.
- Help prepare various financial reports and statements.
- Work closely with the finance team to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Process invoices, receipts, and other routine financial transactions.
- Contribute to budgeting and financial forecasting processes.
- Perform other related tasks and duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a similar discipline.
- High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
