We are looking for our next detail-driven Finance Processing Administrator who is looking for their next role in the rewarding Collections industry. You’ll join our expert Finance team and reconcile bank statements, master Sage 50 with full training and hands-on support, and keep payments flowing smoothly for both internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Action daily bank account reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Process and input daily payments; establish and maintain new client payment instructions
- Review financial statements and proactively investigate anomalies
- Liaise with banking partners to verify transaction details and gather supplementary information
- Allocate missing payments, process client refunds, and respond to ad-hoc finance queries
- Manage sales and purchase ledgers by processing invoices for clients and suppliers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless payment workflow
The Skills You’ll Need To Succeed
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, or 2+ years in a finance processing role
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (experience on Sage 50 is advantageous)
Technical Skills
- Proficient Excel skills, including data manipulation, formatting numbers, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP
- Comfortable navigating ERP systems and basic familiarity with macros or VBA is a plus
- Strong phone and email communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism

- Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
- Self-motivated and adept at prioritising a dynamic workload
- Proven ability to diagnose and solve both straightforward and complex issues
