The Package
- Permanent contract
- 35 hours per week
- Hybrid
- Salary of £31,148 per annum

The Role – Finance Officer
Due to the recent expansion of our housing stock and the associated financial processes, NWH is looking to add a new Finance Officer to our team.
Our properties span across North Wales, and we are seeking a proactive and detail-focused individual to calculate service charges, ensuring that the correct amounts are recharged to residents and that they provide value for money. The role will also be responsible for processing the monthly and annual payroll to ensure that staff are paid correctly and timely and in line with HMRC legislation.
Our Requirements – Finance Officer
- Understanding of financial processes and how they support the business
- AAT Level 2 or similar (or relevant experience)
- Payroll and pension processing experience
- Customer service skills
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Developed planning and organising skills
- Experience of working to deadlines
- A flexible approach to the requirements of the job
- Basic Welsh language skills
- A basic DBS check is required for this role
