About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-driven Finance Executive to join our Finance Department. This is a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day financial operations, from invoicing and reconciliations to client support and month-end processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Raise invoices to patients, clients, and third parties
- Process and allocate incoming payments accurately
- Maintain up-to-date deal statuses in HubSpot
- Import financial data into Sage (daily/weekly)
- Raise credit notes and prepare GP surgery payments
- Produce client statements and follow up on outstanding accounts
- Manage cheque and Stripe payments
- Support with financial reporting and SOP documentation
Financial and Operational Support
- Assist with cost reduction and revenue enhancement analysis
- Help prepare journal entries for month-end closing
- Maintain customer statement communications and credit pipelines
- Chase outstanding payments across multiple accounts
- Cover for colleagues during annual leave (e.g. VAT returns, reconciliations)
Who You’ll Work With
- Finance team including Assistant Financial Controller
- Operations teams across Medi2Data’s business units
- External clients, GP practices, and third-party providers
What We’re Looking For
- AAT Level 2/3 or equivalent and above
- Experience in a finance or accounts receivable role
- Familiar with Sage and/or HubSpot (preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure
- Experience with VAT returns, reconciliations, and financial SOPs (a plus)
