We are looking for a Finance Assistant working at our Central Hub in Atherstone on Stour, Stratford Upon Avon. b
This opportunity is 40 hours per week (various shifts as needed) at £12.50 per hour.
Reports To: Management Accountant
Purpose of the job:
To support the Management Accountant in delivering an effective and efficient service for the Organisation.
To promote and encourage a culture of support and open communication.
To work collaboratively with your team to ensure that the department runs smoothly.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain billing records in CareCloud and Excel
- Produce Monthly invoices and send out to customers and providers
- Collection of outstanding funds from customers and providers
- Mange invoice queries
- Administration of the company car fleet
- Checks on Agency spend invoices to CareCloud
- Maintain customer and agency records in CareCloud
- Support Annual Audit
- Timely and accurate raising of monthly invoices for Services.
- Prompt collection of outstanding debts
- Maintain the company car fleet, including new vehicles and returns
- Work with Operations team to confirm billing records agree to care plans
- Work with Administration team around company car fleet
- Build strong relationships with key external partners
- Work with wider Finance team
- Reconciliation of AR ledger
We will expect you to:

- Take responsibility for your own professional development through performance and development reviews and undertake any relevant training.
Person Specification
- Good English, written and verbal
- Part qualified or qualified by experience with recognised accountancy body
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Ensure accurate and legible records are kept
- Working in accounts receivable
- Able to communicate with customers and providers around outstanding invoices
- Previous experience of SAGE accounting packages
