Day shifts and Night shifts available !
What You’ll Do:
- Support individuals aged 16–48 in their homes and out in the community
- Provide person-centred care with dignity and respect
- Accompany people on days out—bowling, cinema, football, shopping, cafés, and more
- Help build independence and confidence through everyday activities
- Deliver 1:1 wraparound care (minimum 4-hour shifts, between 8am–8pm)
- Take part in sleep-in shifts and work alternative weekends
You’ll be supporting people to live their best lives—on their terms, with your care making it all possible.
About You:
- You have a full UK driving licence and access to a car
- You're naturally caring, energetic, and dependable
- You’re confident working independently and part of a team
- You love being active and engaging with others
- Experience in care is helpful—but personality and passion are just as important
