Due to the nature of the site, an additional level of security clearance is required. Therefore, applicants must be a British National and have lived in the UK for at least 5 years. This is essential to meet the specific security requirements of the role.

Job Description
Responsibilities
You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:
- Front-of-house presence: Warmly meet, greet, and assist all visitors, staff, and contractors, ensuring a professional and approachable first impression
- Site patrols and safety checks: Conduct thorough and regular site patrols, with a strong focus on maintaining health and safety standards as well as overall site security
- Regulatory compliance: Ensure full compliance with all relevant government regulations, demonstrating diligence and attention to detail
- Emergency response support: Provide calm and effective assistance during emergencies, including site evacuations, and carry out staff searches when required, with sensitivity and professionalism
- Situational awareness: Stay alert to potential risks or changes in the environment, taking swift action to minimise disruption and protect people and property
- Record keeping and reporting: Keep detailed and accurate records of all visitors, staff, contractors, couriers, activities, and incidents ensuring transparency and accountability
- Shift handover procedures: Facilitate clear and comprehensive handovers between security personnel at the end of each shift, promoting continuity and effective communication

Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone who sees a different world—someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. Ideally, you’ll have:
- A valid SIA licence.
- Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.
- The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history.
- British nationality and UK residency for the past 5 years (due to site requirements).
- Strong communication skills in English—both written and spoken.
