We are a well established multi channel fashion brand with over 300+ concessions as well as stand alone stores.
We have an exciting opportunity for a hybrid role of Allocation and BAA within the head office team.
As a Allocator you will make sure the right stock is in the right place at the right time. You will be responsible of stock to our concession stores. You will build excellent relationships with the warehouse team and our area managers. You will provide invaluable analysis and feedback about customer buying and sales patterns.
Within the BAA role you will be managing the critical path ensuring key delivery dates are met in a timely manner. You will be raising and following orders from end to end. You will be responsible for sample management (Ecom shoots, meetings samples & fit samples).
The role requires a keen interest in fashion. Experience within an instore retail role is preferred.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Allocating stock to stores and reviewing performance by style.
- analysis and controlling replenishment of stock to stores.
- Raising orders for suppliers
- Daily liaison with the distribution centre for update on stock and deliveries.
- To advise stores on deliveries and price related promotional activity.
- Use in house software system to analyse store sales and stock levels.
- Generate packing lists for store stock deliveries.
- To provide feedback on product and be involved with the product selection process.
- Computer literate.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines.
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Must have an interest in fashion and the latest trends.
- An understanding of the retail business.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a detailed and accurate manner.
