The Role:
- Full-time: 7:30am–4:00pm, Monday to Friday
- Opportunities for overtime paid at 1.5x your hourly rate
- Competitive pay based on experience
- Experience in the production of Roof Trusses , man management and organisational skills a necessity.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the assembly of timber roof trusses using production equipment.
- Follow design instructions and work collaboratively as part of the supervisory/management team.
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently (training provided on specific machinery).
- Maintain a clean, hazard-free work area.
- Report any faulty equipment or defects.
- Follow safety and quality guidelines at all times.
- Maintain production schedules and general work disciplines.
- Liaise with design team regarding production requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in roof truss production, the ability to man manage and maintain work discipline is critical.
- Someone to supervise production in the roof truss factory.
- Strong work ethic, good punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to team goals.
