As a Fabricator/Welder for B&B Attachments you will be responsible for fabricating and welding steel components used in the build of our products. You will ensure a good finish of the product to which you are working on and that it conforms with the technical drawing and applicable tolerances.

Duties include:
- Fabricating and welding components as per technical engineering drawings
- Single and multi-run fillets, burning and grinding
- Use of hand tools
- Assessing which welding equipment is required and which method is the most appropriate for a specific welding task
- Inspecting welded surfaces and dressing them for the best finish
Role Requirements:
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and instructions
- An understanding of the properties of the materials you work with
- Inspecting completed work to verify that it meets specifications
- Ensuring that safe work practices are followed and adhered to
- Minimum 5 years welding and fabricating experience
Applicants should be certified as a welder to appropriate standard (Certified to EN ISO 9606-1:2017 for appropriate test piece). Successful applicants who are not already coded will start on a lower rate of £15.69 per hour.

Hours of Work:
- Monday-Thursday 7:30am-4pm
- Friday 8am-12pm
- Contracted hours are 36 hours per week
- Overtime is regularly available and paid at time and a half and Sunday overtime is paid at double time
