Our continued growth and development means that we now require an External Sales Representatives to be based in and around our Ruislip Branch in West London
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated External Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. You will play a key role in promoting our products and services while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively while ensuring customer needs are met.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
- Clean Driving license.
- Experience of timber related products.
- Proven experience in a sales role or similar position is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- A drive for achieving targets and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
