Job Description
ARC Glazing Limited is seeking Experienced Aluminium Windows and Doors Installer to join our dynamic team in Queenborough, Kent. As a fitter, you will play a vital role in the efficient and precise installation of our high-quality aluminium windows and doors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expert Installation: Lead the installation of aluminium windows, doors, sliding doors, bifold doors, commercial doors, curtain walling, rooflights, and roof lanterns with precision and quality craftsmanship.
- Work Ethic: Demonstrate a strong work ethic and motivation, consistently delivering high standards of workmanship.
- Reliability: Be a reliable and punctual team member, ensuring projects are completed on schedule.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work longer hours when necessary to meet project deadlines.
- Experience: Utilize your experience in fitting a range of aluminium products to ensure successful installations.
- Career Progression: Show ambition and motivation to progress within the company. Opportunity to advance to an on-site Installation Manager role.
- Driving: Hold a full UK driving license for mobility between project sites.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Full UK driving license is essential.
- Proven experience in fitting aluminium windows, doors, sliding doors, bifold doors, commercial doors, curtain walling, rooflights, and roof lanterns.
- Physical fitness and ability to work in various conditions.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork capabilities.
- Punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail.
- CSCS and MTC cards preferable but not essential.
