Experienced Composite Trimmer

We have opportunities for experienced trimmers to join our company at our Brackley site. We work to the highest standards and our Trim team are a critical part of managing this and supporting the production areas.
This is a day shift, working Monday to Friday. Core hours are 8am to 4:30pm. We offer competitive rates of pay, company pension, 23 days holiday plus the bank holidays, private healthcare and the opportunity for overtime during peak periods.
In this role we require individuals who can:
- Trim, bond and assemble carbon fibre components utilizing engineering drawings and build manuals.
- Help develop processes to improve quality and efficiency.
- Has the ability to read engineering drawings would be an advantage but not essential.
- Excellent attention to detail is essential.
- Excellent accuracy level.
- Constant aware of health and safety.
- Good verbal communication and listening skills.
- Ability to listen to and follow instructions.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Used to working in a fast-moving environment.
- Flexible.
- Problem Solving skills.
